一种大型养路机械车辆作业防撞系统

Large-scale track maintenance machinery operation collision avoidance system

  • 摘要: 大型养路机械车辆作业防撞系统是一套辅助操作人员进行车辆间位置判读并自动进行防撞预警的作业安全防护设备。作业防撞系统通过GPS定位、激光测距、轮径脉冲计数等手段实现车辆的位置定位及相互距离判断,通过数传电台及4G网络模块实现车辆通信,将车辆间相互距离的实时监测及当前车辆速度经过防撞模型算法处理,得到车辆的碰撞预警信息,实现大型养路机械车辆防碰撞预警功能。系统在现场测试中可实现60 km/h的车速下,提前1 min以上进行车辆碰撞预警,有效保障了大型养路机械的作业安全。

     

    Abstract: The Large-scale track maintenance machinery operation collision avoidance system is a set of operation safety protection equipment, which assists operators to read the location between vehicles and carry out automatic collision warning. The system implements vehicle location and distance judgment by means of GPS positioning, laser ranging and wheel diameter pulse counting, realizes vehicle communication through radio station and 4G network module. The real-time monitoring of the distance between vehicles and the current vehicle speed are processed by collision avoidance model algorithm, and the collision warning information of vehicles is obtained to realize the anticollision warning function of large track maintenance machinery vehicles. In the field test, the system can carry out vehicle collision warning in advance of more than 1 minute ahead of schedule at 60 km/h speed, effectively guarantees the safety of large-scale track maintenance machinery.
