  • 摘要: 轨道交通车辆故障诊断系统是车辆网络控制系统的重要部分,可靠、稳定的故障诊断系统将为轨道交通车辆数据安全与分析提供有效支持。故障诊断系统基于VxWorks和Linux实时操作系统进行设计,通过MVB总线对车辆数据进行采集和处理、通信和调用功能,发现、记录、分析、报告故障和运行状态,对车载各个子系统进行监视和诊断。系统配备了拥有IP54防护等级、独立非易失的数据存储模块“黑匣子”,使其在不可预知的碰撞、火灾情况下,仍然能够保持数据的完整性;通过以太网与PC连接建立高速数据传输,实现故障和数据的维护、监视和分析;通过基于WLAN的无线车地传输模块实现运行状态数据和故障数据的自动下载,确保实时监视网络数据,能够将数据转换为曲线或表格形式。应用表明,该系统能够很好地记录并分析车辆运行数据和故障数据,具有较强的操作性、实用性。

     

    Abstract: The fault diagnosis system for rail transit vehicle is an important part of vehicle network control system. A reliable and stable fault diagnosis system will provide effective support for the data security and analysis of rail transit vehicles. The design of real-time fault diagnosis system was based on VxWorks and Linux operating system. By acquiring, processing, communicating the data through MVB bus, the system can discover, record, analysis and report the fault and the running state to monitor and diagnosis the vehicle subsystems. The system has a good real-time performance and operational, is equipped with independent nonvolatile data storage module, a "black box" with IP54 protection grade, in the case of unpredictable collision, fire, can still maintain data integrity. The functions of maintenance, monitoring and analysis of fault and running data are implemented by communicating with the PC via Ethernet connection, and also through the WLAN based wireless vehicle transmission module, it is implemented the automatic downloading of the running state data and the fault data. Data can be real-time monitored, also can be displayed and analyzed in the form of a curve or table view. The application shows that the fault diagnosis system can record and analyze the vehicle running data and the failure data well, and has a strong operability and practicability.
