Software platform for failure rate prediction based on electromechanical relays

  • 摘要: 文章提出了基于运行信息预测机电继电器故障率的算法,提高了故障率预测的准确性和可信性。为了提高可操作性,开发了故障率预测的软件平台。该平台实现了运行故障信息查询,机电继电器的额定故障率查询与比选,以及新项目中机电继电器故障率预测等功能。在贵阳1号线地铁、南京宁溧城际地铁等项目中已投入使用。使用结果表明:该平台操作便捷,便于设计师对元器件进行部件优选,为提高列车的可靠性和安全性提供了有效的信息。

     

    Abstract: This article proposed an algorithm to predict the failure rates of electromechanical relays on the basis of the operation information, thereby improve the accuracy and credibility of the failure rate prediction. A software platform was also developed to promote the operability. The platform implemented the inquiry of the operation failure information, the inquiry and comparison of the rated failure rates of electromechanical relays, as well as the prediction of the failure rates of electromechanical relays in new projects. The platform has been used in many projects, such as Guiyang Line 1 and Nanjing inter-city subway, etc., was proved easy-operated and convenient for the designer to give priority of the components in the design process, which supplied the effective information on improving the reliability and safety for the metros.
