高速客车车轮不圆对车辆振动影响的分析

Analysis on influence of wheel non circle of high speed passenger train for vehicle vibration

  • 摘要: 针对高速车辆轮对不圆的状况,对车轮的不圆度水平和车辆系统的振动进行了测试,并分析了车轮不圆水平与车辆部件振动之间的关系。研究表明,车轮高阶不圆对走行部的振动存在明显的影响,18阶、19阶多边形的冲击振动频率在轴箱和电机处存在明显的频谱特征。

     

    Abstract: According to the condition that the wheelset of high-speed vehicle was not round, the non circularity level of the wheel and the vibration of the vehicle system were tested. The relationship between the non circularity level of the wheel and the vibration of vehicle components was analyzed. The research showed that the higher order of wheel non circle had obvious influence on the vibration of the running gear, shock and vibration frequencies of 18 and 19 order polygons existed obvious spectral features at axle box and motor.
