电厂准时制服务系统的设计与实现

Just-In-Time service system for power plant

  • 摘要: 自实施货运组织改革以来,哈尔滨铁路局积极引入电煤“准时制”运输方式,形成供应链一体化管理,实现合作共赢。为了更好地给电厂及煤炭企业提供优质服务,哈尔滨铁路局利用信息化技术设计与开发了电厂准时制服务系统。电厂准时制服务系统采用BlazeDS框架设计,利用铁路计算机安全平台,通过互联网安全访问本系统;达到了降低企业生产成本,提高铁路局收入的目的。

     

    Abstract: Since the implementation of the freight reform, Harbin Railway Administration has actively introduced electric coal "just in time" transport mode, formed integrated supply chain management, and achieved win-win cooperation. In order to provide better service for the users of the power plant and coal enterprise, Harbin Railway Administration used the information technology to design and develop the Just-In-Time(JIT) service system for power plant. The system was designed by BlazeDS framework, safely accessed by railway computer security platform through the Internet. It achieved the goal that the system reduced the cost of enterprise production and improved the income to Harbin Railway Administration.
