铁路自动售票机人机交互系统的优化设计与实现

Man-machine interaction system of railway ticket vending machine

  • 摘要: 分析铁路自动售票机在人机交互设计方面的现状、存在的问题和不足,结合用户认知负荷和最优化理论,提出了铁路自动售票机人机交互系统的优化方案。实践表明,该方案能够有效减少旅客购、取票时的操作步骤,达到提高效率的目的。

     

    Abstract: This article analyzed problems, shortcomings, and present situation of man-machine interaction existed in railway ticket vending machines(TVM), and put forward the optimization and improvement scheme of man-machine interaction system of railway TVM based on user cognitive load and optimization theory. Practice showed that this scheme could effectively reduce the operation steps of purchasing the tickets, and improve the operation efficiency.
