Technology standard of embedded RFID electronic tag for railway engineering and its application

  • 摘要: 分析和研究铁路工程埋入式射频识别(RFID)电子标签的技术标准和应用。针对CRTSIII型轨道板的生产过程管理和质量溯源等业务需求,以埋入式RFID电子标签为载体,利用信息化技术和数据安全技术,实现对RFID电子标签的标准化管理。埋入式RFID电子标签与预制轨道板的生产过程环节紧密结合,将轨道板信息和生产过程信息与铁路工程管理信息平台数据互联。设计了适用于铁路工程的埋入式RFID电子标签,制定了标准化管理办法,实现了从原材料进场、生产、入库、铺设及运营等各个阶段的全生命周期管理和质量溯源。

     

    Abstract: This article analyzed and researched on the technology standard of embedded RFID electronic tag and its application for railway engineering. In view of the business requirements that were production process management and quality traceability of CRTSIII track slab, with embedded RFID electronic tag as a carrier, the article used information technology and data security technology to implement the standardized management of the RFID electronic tag. The RFID electronic tag was combined closely with the production process of precast track slab which connected the track slab process information to the data of railway project management information platform. The designed embedded RFID electronic tag and standardized management method for railway engineering were used to implemente the stages of the life cycle management and quality traceability from the raw material, production, storage, laying and operating process.
