专用铁路货车占用时间统计系统设计与实现

  • 摘要: 本文设计了一种专用铁路货车占用时间统计系统,它能实时采集货车进出专用铁路的时间,并在货车离开专用铁路时自动计算每辆货车的占用时间及延时占用费,实现了专用铁路货车占用时间的自动统计和收费。本系统通过车号识别系统实时采集货车进出专用铁路的时间,并将采集到的信息传输到车站和铁路局服务器,服务器后台收到车号识别系统发送的报文后,计算出每辆货车的占用时间和延时占用费,实现了货车占用时间远程自动统计、汇总、监测和管理。

     

    Abstract: Occupied-time Statistical System for special railway freight car was presented in this article. The main function of this System was to record the time of freight car in and out of the special railway in real-time by Train Identification System, transmit the recorded information to the station and the servers of railway administration. After receiving the message, the servers calculated the occupancy time and delay charge for each freight car. Remote automatic statistics, summary, monitoring and management were implemented.
