Abstract: In view of the current problems of some railway enterprises, such as the disunity of financial reimbursement related business operation standards, the low degree of financial data information sharing and the weak financial risk management and control, this paper investigated and summarized the relevant requirements, combined with the new development trend of current enterprise financial risk management, comprehensively planned the functions, and made use of standardized form process template, flexible regularized voucher configuration, system micro-service and other key technologies, designed and developed the railway enterprise financial sharing platform. Through the platform's "standardized, intensive, fine, scale and systematic" reimbursement business information processing, it promoted the standardization and improvement of relevant systems and business processes, enhanced the integration of existing financial management information systems, strengthened the business collaboration and internal control mechanism, effectively improved the management efficiency of railway enterprises, and has broad application prospects.
