地铁列车制动仿真软件的开发

Simulation software for metro train braking

  • 摘要: 为实现地铁列车的制动过程仿真,分析了地铁列车制动系统仿真所需的车辆及制动系统的简化模型,开发了仿真软件。车辆子模型采用模块化建模方法,将车辆拆分成轮对、弹簧阻尼、构架、车体等部件进行建模。制动系统子模型基于实验数据构建,通过对试验曲线进行插值计算等方式得到仿真所需要的制动相关曲线,该软件可以执行实时仿真,仿真结果准确可信。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced the simplified model of vehicle and braking system required for the simulation of metro train braking system, and developed the simulation software. The paper adopted the modular modeling method to split the vehicle into wheel set, spring damping, frame, body and other components for the vehicle sub-model modeling, constructed the braking system sub-model based on experimental data, and by interpolating the test curve, obtained the braking correlation curve required by the simulation. The simulation software can perform real-time simulation, and the simulation results are accurate and reliable.
