基于知识图谱的铁路企业智能督办系统研究

Intelligent supervision system for railway enterprises based on knowledge graph

  • 摘要: 研究基于知识图谱的铁路企业智能督办系统(简称:智能督办系统),解决铁路企业督办工作不规范、难度大、技术落后的问题;设计智能督办系统架构,构建督办任务知识图谱和智能督办知识图谱云图,实现督办任务的智能检索、智能拟办、辅助决策等功能。在铁路相关企业的应用结果表明,该系统能够有效提高督办工作质量和效率,为铁路企业各级管理人员提供决策支持。

     

    Abstract: This paper studied the intelligent supervision system for railway enterprises based on knowledge graph, which solved the problems of non-standard, difficult, and technologically backward supervision work in railway enterprises. The paper designed an intelligent supervision system architecture, constructed a knowledge graph of supervision tasks and a cloud graph of intelligent supervision knowledge, implemented functions such as intelligent retrieval, intelligent planning, and decision-making assistance for supervision tasks. The application results in railway related enterprises indicate that the system can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of supervision work, providing decision-making support for management personnel at all levels of railway enterprises.
