铁路企业差旅酒店预订系统数据治理技术研究

Data governance technologies of railway enterprise business travel hotel reservation system

  • 摘要: 铁路企业员工因公出差旅行(简称:差旅)需求较大,预订酒店是差旅过程中必不可少的一个环节。铁路企业差旅酒店预订系统建设的难点之一是如何解决数据量庞大、销售渠道多样、数据格式不一的问题。文章阐述了铁路企业差旅酒店预订系统的总体架构、功能模块,引入分布式缓存技术、多源数据同步机制及映射机制,针对海量数据、多源数据及多源异构数据进行数据治理,实现数据快速整合及高效检索,为建设智能化的铁路企业差旅酒店预订系统提供了技术参考。

     

    Abstract: Railway employees have a high demand for business travel. Hotel reservation is anis an essential part of the process of business travel. One of the difficulties in the construction of railway enterprise business travel hotel reservation system is how to solve the problems of large data volume, diverse sales channels, and inconsistent data formats. This paper elaborated on the overall architecture, technical architecture and system functions of the railway enterprise business travel hotel reservation system, introduced distributed caching technology, multi-source data synchronization mechanism, and mapping mechanism for data governance against massive data, multi-source data, and multi-source heterogeneous data, implemented rapid data integration and efficient retrieval, provided technical reference for building an intelligent railway enterprise business travel hotel reservation system.
