基于三库融合的城市轨道交通作业风险管控系统研究

Risk management and control system for urban rail transit operation based on fusion of three databases

  • 摘要: 为有效管控城市轨道交通作业安全风险,保障运营安全,提出基于风险数据库、作业规章及应急预案库、事件案例库(简称:三库)融合的城市轨道交通作业风险管控系统建设思路。介绍该系统的总体架构、功能,以及实现三库融合的关键技术,以期实现对风险、作业规章及应急预案、事件案例的一体化管理,支持多业务、多岗位协同,提升运营单位风险管控能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively manage and control the safety risks of urban rail transit operations and ensure operational safety, this paper proposed the construction concept of a risk management and control system for urban rail transit operation based on the fusion of risk database, operation regulations and emergency plan database and event case databases (referred to as the three databases). The paper introduced the overall architecture and functions of the system, as well as the key technologies for achieving the fusion of the three databases, and in order to implement integrated management of risks, operational regulations, emergency plans, and event cases, support multi-business and multi-position collaboration, and enhance the risk control capabilities of operational units.
