铁路机制砂智能化生产管理系统设计

Intelligent production management system for railway machine-made sand

  • 摘要: 为解决当前铁路机制砂场信息化水平低、管理粗放等问题,设计一套涵盖生产、设备、人员、质量、安全及环保的铁路机制砂智能化生产管理系统。通过传感器和故障诊断技术,实现了粉尘、噪音、振动等环保指标的实时监控及设备故障诊断和预警;通过毫米波和图像处理技术实现机制砂成品质量快速检测;通过智能分析实现机制砂场在环保、质量、生产、安全方面的智能调度。应用表明,该系统提高了生产管理效率和产品质量,减少了人员安全、设备故障带来的经济损失,可为铁路机制砂场的信息化建设和管理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the current problems of low informatization level and extensive management of railway machine-made sand yards, this paper designed an intelligent production management system for railway machine-made sand that covered production, equipment, personnel, quality, safety, and environmental protection. The system implemented real-time monitoring of environmental indicators such as dust, noise, and vibration, as well as equipment fault diagnosis and early warning through sensors and fault diagnosis technology, achieved rapid quality detection of machine-made sand products through millimeter wave and image processing technology, implemented intelligent dispatching of machine-made sand yards in terms of environmental protection, quality, production, and safety through intelligent analysis. The application shows that the system improves production management efficiency and product quality, reduces economic losses caused by personnel safety and equipment failures, and can provide reference for the information construction and management of railway machine-made sand yards.
