智能综合调度高铁计划编制应用系统研究与实践

High-speed railway plan compilation application system for intelligent comprehensive dispatching

  • 摘要: 我国高速铁路(简称:高铁)路网日益完善,铁路部门对高铁调度计划编制效率与质量的要求日益提高。为适应高铁成网运营的发展需要,解决现阶段高铁调度计划分散编制、各岗位独立作业、各系统间数据分散的问题,提出构建适用于智能综合调度的高铁计划编制应用系统。文章分析高铁计划编制的业务流程,据此设计了高铁计划编制应用系统的总体架构、网络架构、数据架构及功能,实现数据集中部署、岗位协同办公、客流需求及时响应的高铁计划编制模式。该系统为高铁调度精细化指挥、智能化决策提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: The high-speed railway network in China is becoming increasingly perfect, and the railway department's requirements for the efficiency and quality of high-speed railway dispatching plan compilation are increasing. In order to adapt to the development needs of high-speed railway network operation and solve the current problems of decentralized compilation of high-speed railway dispatching plans, independent operation of each position, and data dispersion between systems, this paper proposed to build a high-speed railway plan compilation application system suitable for intelligent comprehensive dispatching. The paper analyzed the business process of high-speed railway plan compilation, and based on this, designed the overall architecture, network architecture, data architecture, and functions of the system, implemented a high-speed railway plan compilation mode of centralized data deployment, collaborative office work, and timely response to passenger flow needs. This system provides technical support for refined command and intelligent decision-making of high-speed railway dispatching.
