工务站场设备检修智能运维系统的设计与应用

Intelligent operation and maintenance system for equipment examine and repair in permanent way station

  • 摘要: 为提升铁路工务站场设备检修的智能化水平,设计了一种基于工务安全生产管理系统的工务站场智能运营维护(简称:运维)系统。文章阐述了该系统的组成,详细介绍了系统的智能采集、智能展示和智能决策功能。该系统为工务站场的设备维修计划编制提供了智能方案,提高了计划编制的科学性,节省了人工成本,对提升工务站场的设备运维效率具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the intelligent level of equipment examine and repair in the permanent way station, this paper proposed an intelligent operation and maintenance syste for the permanent way station based on the permanent way safety production management system. The paper described the overall construction of the system, and introduced the system functions of intelligent collection, intelligent display and intelligent decision-making in detail. This system provided an intelligent scheme for the preparation of equipment maintenance plan in the permanent way station, improved the scientificity of the plan, saved labor costs, and has reference value for improving the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance in permanent way station.
