Abstract: In order to quickly and normatively carry out the localization and adaptation transformation of railway information systems, this paper conducted research on the localization and adaptation transformation of railway information systems from the aspects of technical architecture and operating environment, proposed the overall architecture, functional architecture, workflow, assessment standards and testing specifications that need to be developed for the localization and adaptation transformation of railway information systems. It provided technical reference for the localization and adaptation transformation of railway information systems, assisted in the implementation of localization and adaptation transformation of railway information systems.
