高速铁路客运调度计划与席位管理自动交互应用研究

  • 摘要: 高速铁路客运调度计划与列车席位管理关联紧密,为了解决目前客运系统与调度系统独立建设导致的信息交互不畅、岗位协同性较低等问题,保证运力资源与出行需求的精确匹配,提出高速铁路客运调度计划与席位管理自动交互方案。通过生产信息数字化管理、调度命令自动化执行模式研究及开行计划安全卡控等技术手段,设计包含计划下达、命令执行、席位自动调整、执行反馈在内的自动交互应用,实现调度业务域与客票业务域上下工序间的流程贯通、数据融合及专业协作,保证列车席位调整和列车开行计划调整的安全性和及时性,为适应高速铁路客运作业在市场竞争中不断提高服务质量和服务水平的发展要求提供支撑。

     

    Abstract: The high-speed railway passenger transportation dispatching plan is closely related to train seat management. In order to solve the problems of poor information exchange and low job collaboration caused by the independent construction of the passenger transportation system and dispatching system, and ensure the accurate matching of transportation resources and travel needs, this paper proposed an automatic interaction scheme between the high-speed railway passenger transportation dispatching plan and seat management. Through digital management of production information, research on automated execution mode of dispatching commands, and technical means such as security card control of operation plans, the paper designed automatic interactive applications including plan issuance, command execution, automatic seat adjustment, and execution feedback, implemented process integration, data fusion, and professional collaboration between the upper and lower processes of dispatching and ticket business domains, which ensured the safety and timeliness of train seat adjustment and train operation plan adjustment, and provided support for adapting to the development requirements of continuously improving service quality and level in high-speed railway passenger transportation operations in market competition.
