基于BIM+GIS+UE的城市轨道综合交通枢纽三维可视化展示系统的设计与应用

Design and application of three-dimensional visual presentation system for urban rail transit hub based on BIM+GIS+UE

  • 摘要: 为直观展示城市轨道交通综合枢纽(简称:城轨枢纽)规划和设计成果,促进相关方对工程规划和设计方案达成一致理解,确保城轨枢纽规划与设计的合理性和可实施性,采用建筑信息模型(BIM)、三维地理信息系统(GIS)和开源的虚幻引擎(UE,Unreal Engine)相结合的技术方案,开发了城市轨道综合交通枢纽三维可视化展示系统(简称:三维展示系统)。该系统利用城轨枢纽项目既有的BIM数据和3D GIS数据,基于UE运行环境,完成空间数据预处理与融合、典型场景渲染处理以及环境要素添加,构建效果逼真的城轨枢纽三维实景仿真模型;提供自然采光模拟和监控视频模拟功能,满足车站地下结构引入自然采光的效果分析与评估、视频监控点辅助设计等专项设计要求。三维展示系统提供便捷易用的人机交互界面,方便用户将枢纽规划和设计成果定制和输出为视频、高清效果图和规划影像图,满足现场模拟、设计验证、成果汇报、设计沟通、工程管理等多种应用需求。

     

    Abstract: In order to make intuitive and vivid presentation on the planning and design results of urban rail transit hub, promote relevant parties to reach an consistent understanding of the engineering planning and design scheme, and ensure the rationality and implementability of urban rail hub planning and design, the three-dimensional visual presentation system for urban rail transit hub is developed via a technical solution combining BIM, GIS and the open source UnrealEngine. The system uses the existing BIM data and 3D GIS data of the hub project to build a 3D real simulation model of the hub with realistic effect in the UE environment, in which the spatial data preprocessing and fusion, the typical scene rendering processing and the addition of environmental elements are completed. Besides, this system provides the functions of natural lighting simulation and surveillance video simulation to meet the special design requirements such as analysis and evaluation of the effect of introducing natural lighting into the underground structure of the station and aided design of video suverllaince points. The presentation system provides a convenient man-machine interface to enable the users to customize and output planning and design results of the hub into videos, high-definition renderings, and impact planning diagrams, meeting various application requirements such as site simulation, design verification, results reporting, design communication, and project management.nt.
