Design of intelligent modeling and calculation software for bi-block ballastless track on bridge

  • 摘要: 为解决桥梁地段无砟轨道结构设计中有限元建模与计算工作量大、计算模型及结果形式无统一标准、对设计人员专业技能要求较高等问题,开发了桥上双块式无砟轨道智能化建模与计算软件。该软件采用模块化设计,提供集成化人机交互操作界面,能够自动完成有限元建模和计算,生成标准化计算结果;具备数据智能校验功能,可自动完成设计参数检查和计算结果验证。对比测试表明,该软件有限元建模与计算结果准确,数据处理流程连贯,使用操作简单高效,已成功应用于多个高速铁路工程项目的无砟轨道设计,大幅提高了工作效率,降低工程项目设计人力成本。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of heavy workload of finite element modeling and calculation in the structural design of ballastless track on bridge, lack of unified standards for modeling process and forms of calculation results, and high requirement of professional skills for the designers, the intelligent modeling and calculation software of double-block ballastless track on bridge was developed. This software adopts modular design and provides an integrated man-machine interaction interface, which can automatically complete finite element modeling and calculation, and generate standardized results. This software realizes intelligent data verification and can automatically complete design parameter check and calculation result verification. The accuracy of modeling and calculation results are validated via comparison test, showing that this software has smooth and consistent data processing process and is simple in operation with high efficiency. This software has been successfully applied to the ballastless track design of many high-speed railway engineering projects, which greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the labor cost of engineering project design.
