铁路实名制核验闸机热设计优化方案研究

Optimization scheme for thermal design of railway real name verification gate

  • 摘要: 分析铁路实名制核验闸机(简称:核验闸机)的使用场景及温度对核验闸机的影响。采用热设计技术,利用FloEFD软件进行温度场仿真,通过在核验闸机的不同部位添加散热装置,设计出室内温度高达50℃时核验闸机能够稳定工作的优化方案;现场应用结果验证了方案的可行性。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzed the use scenarios of railway real name verification gate (abbreviated as verification gate) and the impact of temperature on the verification gate, adopted the thermal design technology to simulate the temperature field with FloEFD software. By adding heat radiating devices at different parts of the verification gate, the paper designed an optimization scheme for the stable operation of the verification gate when the indoor temperature was up 50℃. The field application results verify the feasibility of the scheme.
