  • 摘要: 铁路12306互联网售票系统(简称:12306)层级复杂、功能众多,其运营维护(简称:运维)诊断需要耗费大量人力和时间。针对该情况,文章引入知识图谱技术对12306的运维知识进行建模,给出了12306运维知识图谱的构建流程,设计了12306智能运维架构,阐述了根因定位、异常检测、智能决策等关键技术,实现了12306运维的自动化和智能化,节约了人力成本和诊断处置问题的时间成本,提高运维效率,为12306的运维工作提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: The railway 12306 Internet Ticketing and Reservation System(referred to as 12306)has complex levels and numerous functions, and its operation and maintenance diagnosis needs a lot of personnel and time. In view of this situation, the paper introduced knowledge graph technology to model 12306's operation and maintenance knowledge, gave the construction process of 12306's operation and maintenance knowledge mapping, and designed 12306's intelligent operation and maintenance architecture, described the key technologies such as root cause determination, anomaly detection, and intelligent decision-making, implemented the automation and intelligence of 12306 operation and maintenance, saved the labor cost and time cost of diagnosing and handling problems, improved the operation and maintenance efficiency, and provided technical support for 12306 operation and maintenance.
