Construction and application of intelligent service platform for scientific research management in railway industry

  • 摘要: 为适应铁路行业科研环境、科研用户需求与科研管理服务技术环境的复杂变化,支撑全生命周期科研管理流程,实现科技资源安全开放及辅助科技决策的目标,从铁路行业科研管理实际需求出发,利用大数据、人工智能、云计算等技术,构建集科研管理、资源共享和决策支撑于一体的科研管理智能服务平台,并在铁路行业推广应用。实践表明,该平台可使科研管理更高效、数据资源更协同、决策支撑更智能,为铁路行业高质量发展提供有力保障。

     

    Abstract: In order to adapt to the complex changes in the scientific research environment of the railway industry, the needs of scientific research users and the technical environment of scientific research management services, support the scientific research management process in the full life cycle, and achieve the goal of safe opening of scientific and technological resources and assisting scientific and technological decision-making, this paper, starting from the actual needs of scientific research management in the railway industry, used technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and so on to build an intelligent service platform of scientific research management for scientific research management integrating resource sharing and decision support, which was popularized and applied in the railway industry. The practice shows that the platform can make scientific research management more efficient, data resources more collaborative, and decision-making support more intelligent, providing a strong guarantee for high-quality development of the railway industry.
