铁路工程施工组织进度智能化管理系统研究

Intelligent compilation system of railway engineering construction organization

  • 摘要: 针对当前铁路施工组织(简称:施组)在计划编制、调整和进度把控中存在的问题,围绕施组计划编制、计划调整及智能辅助决策展开研究,研发了铁路工程施组进度智能化管理系统。系统内置了统一的铁路施工工项模板、智能辅助决策方案及形象化表达等关键要素,并在西昆(西安—昆明)高速铁路得到应用。应用结果表明,该系统可实现铁路工程施组计划智能编制和跟踪预警,提升现场施组管理效率并辅助管理决策。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the preparation adjustment and progress control of the current railway construction organization, this paper focused on the preparation of construction organization plan, plan adjustment, tracking and early warning, and developd an intelligent preparation system for railway engineering construction organization. The system integrated the key elements such as unified railway construction project template, intelligent auxiliary decision-making scheme and visual expression method, and was applied in the Xi'an - Kunming high-speed railway. The results show that the system can implement the intelligent compilation and tracking early warning of railway construction organization, improve the management efficiency of on-site construction organization and assist in management decision-making.
