动车组压缩气体泄漏超声波智能检测与识别系统设计

Ultrasonic intelligent detection and identification system for compressed gas leakage of EMU

  • 摘要: 针对传统的动车组气体泄漏传统检测方法存在检测效率低、检测精度低和人工成本高的问题,文章设计了动车组压缩气体泄漏超声波智能检测与识别系统,该系统能够通过对泄漏气体产生的超声波信号进行采集和分析,准确判断部件密封状态,确定压缩气体泄漏位置。试验证明,所设计系统在检修现场复杂的声环境下能够快速检测并识别微小气体泄漏,准确有效确定动车组故障部件泄漏位置,显著提高了检测精度和效率,保障动车组的运行安全。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low detection efficiency, low detection accuracy and high labor cost in the traditional detection methods for gas leakage of Electric Multiple Units(EMU), this paper designed an ultrasonic intelligent monitoring and identification system for compressed gas leakage of EMU. The system can accurately judge the sealing state of components and determine the location of compressed gas leakage by collecting and analyzing the ultrasonic signals generated by the leaked gas. The test proves that the designed system can quickly detect and identify small gas leakage in the complex acoustic environment of the maintenance site, accurately and effectively determine the leakage location of the faulty components of the EMU, significantly improve the detection accuracy and efficiency, and ensure the operation safety of the EMU.
