基于国铁采购平台的电子发票服务系统方案设计

Electronic invoice service system based on China Railway procurement platform

  • 摘要: 针对国铁采购平台实际交易业务中出现的发票流转不畅、发票订单勾稽困难及财务入账信息不匹配等问题,提出采用新版税控服务器搭建电子发票服务系统的设计方案。通过发票赋码、元数据生成和票据生成等关键技术,高效实现提高发票流转、简化人工处理、提高财务对账及入账效率的目标。该方案将有助于铁路企业降本增效、节约社会资源。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems in the actual transaction business of china railway procurement platform, such as the poor invoice flow, the difficulty in checking invoice orders and the mismatch of financial entry information, this paper put forward a design scheme of using the new version of tax control server to build an electronic invoice service system. Through the key technologies such as invoice coding, metadata generation and bill generation, the paper effectively implemented the objectives of improving invoice circulation, simplifying manual processing, and improving the efficiency of financial reconciliation and entry. This scheme will help railway enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency and save social resources.
