铁路行车调度工作考核自动化方案研究与应用

Automation scheme for railway traffic dispatching work assessment

  • 摘要: 依据中国国家铁路集团有限公司(简称:国铁集团)行车调度工作内容,通过分析行车调度工作考核机制,设计了考核基准数据和考核结果的自动提取流程,形成了铁路行车调度工作考核自动化方案,实现了自动提取考核结果、自动更新考核基准和自动生成并下达奖励命令等功能。该方案已在国铁集团调度中心应用,有效降低了考核出错率,提高了调度部门的工作效率。

     

    Abstract: According to the traffic dispatching work content of CHINA RAILWAY, through the analysis of the traffic dispatching work assessment mechanism, this paper designed an automatic extraction process of assessment benchmark data and assessment results, formed the automatic scheme of railway traffic dispatching work assessment, implemented the functions of automatic extraction of assessment results, automatic update of assessment benchmarks, automatic generation and issue reward orders. The scheme has been put into application in the dispatching center of CHINA RAILWAY, which effectively reduced the error rate of assessment and improved the work efficiency of the dispatching department.
