基于达索平台的铁路土建工程BIM协同设计技术研究

  • 摘要: 为解决铁路土建工程建筑信息模型(BIM,Building Information Modeling)设计过程中出现的重复建模和数据传递不畅等问题, 以路基、桥梁、隧道专业为代表,从三维协同设计环境出发,提出了信息传递及设计成熟度管理方法,实现了模型数据的有效管理及BIM技术标准的有效实施;围绕“骨架–模板”设计方法,提出以骨架设计、构件模板装配设计形成的土建工程BIM设计流程,实现了三维BIM环境下的土建工程设计流程再造;对土建工程间的接口设计技术进行研究,充分发挥了协同设计环境在土建工程领域的应用价值。该研究为满足各专业信息需求提供了有效路径, 可为后续BIM技术在铁路工程中的应用提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of repeated modeling and poor data transmission in the design process of Building Information Modeling (BIM) of railway civil engineering, this paper took subgrade, bridge and tunnel as the representative, and started from the three-dimensional collaborative design environment, put forward the information transmission and design maturity management methods, and implemented the effective management of model data and the effective implementation of BIM technical standards. Centering on the "skeleton-template" design method, the paper proposed the BIM design process of civil engineering, which was formed by skeleton design and component template assembly design, and implemented the civil engineering design process reengineering under the three-dimensional BIM environment. The paper also studied the interface design technology between civil engineering, which gave full play to the application value of collaborative design environment in the field of civil engineering. This study provides an effective path to meet the information needs of various specialities, and can provide reference for the application of BIM technology in railway engineering.
