Abstract: With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, China's railway transportation dispatching management system has gradually moved towards the intelligent stage. This paper expounded the importance of intelligent transportation dispatching management system in intelligent railway construction, and summarized the research and application status of intelligent railway transportation dispatching abroad. On this basis, the paper analyzed the problems existing in China's railway transportation dispatching at the present stage, and put forward the architecture and implementation strategy of railway intelligent transportation dispatching management system to build an intelligent transportation dispatching management system with high security, high efficiency, high benefit and excellent service.
