铁路客票系统MaaS+智能服务体系研究

Maas+ intelligent service system architecture of China railway ticketing and reservation system

  • 摘要: 经过20多年的技术更迭,中国铁路客票发售和预订系统(简称:铁路客票系统)已成为全球最大的综合性票务系统。为支撑铁路客票系统联程联运业务,助力现代综合交通运输体系发展,亟需借鉴出行即服务(MaaS,Mobility as a Service)实践的先进经验,开展MaaS+智能服务体系研究。文章围绕资源配置最优化、信息共享标准化、联运产品体系化、出行服务一体化、联运保障协同化等业务,在MaaS服务平台的基础上,设计铁路客票系统Maas+智能服务模式,构建铁路客票系统Maas+智能服务体系架构。研究成果对于巩固和提升铁路在综合交通运输体系中的骨干作用,加快实现交通强国战略目标具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: After more than 20 years of technological changes, China railway ticketing and reservation system (abbreviation: railway passenger ticket system) has been built into the world's largest comprehensive ticketing system. In order to support the development of the railway passenger ticket system combined transport business and help the development of modern integrated transportation system, it is urgent to learn from the advanced experience of MaaS practice and carry out the research on MaaS+ intelligent service system. This paper focused on the optimization of resource allocation, standardization of information sharing, systematization of intermodal transport products, integration of travel services, and coordination of intermodal transport support, based on the MaaS service platform, designed the MaaS+ intelligent service mode of railway passenger ticket system, and constructed the MaaS+ intelligent service system architecture of railway passenger ticket system. The research results are of great significance for consolidating and improving the backbone role of railway in the integrated transportation system and accelerating the realization of the strategic goal of building a strong transportation country.
