Abstract: According to the requirements of the real-name system of CHINA RAILWAY, combined with the application and business status of the new generation of China Railway & Banking Expresspay Card, aiming at the problem that the application of the new generation of China Railway & Banking Expresspay Card - Railway e-Card ( hereinafter referred to as e-Card ) is not supported in the actual business scenarios such as the real-name registration identity verification at the window and the real-name registration identity verification on the train, this paper analyzed the process of real-name registration identity verification, the business requirements and application requirements of real-name registration identity verification, designed the technical architecture and functions of the real-name registration identity verification system. With the help of the railway 12306 Internet ticketing and reservation system, the paper adopted the identity authentication technology to design the data integrity guarantee mechanism, implemented the application of the e-Card in the whole scene real-name registration identity verification at stations and on trains. This application has been tried out in some railway administration group companies. The trial results show that the system can complete the real-name registration identity verification at the window or on trains within 2 s, and achieve the goal of rapid station entry and personnel control based on e-Card.
