  • 摘要: 科研绩效评估是提升科研活动效益和资源优化配置的重要手段,随着绩效数据急速增长、信息关联不断增强,使得现有评估方法在效率和关联知识发现等方面面临新的挑战。文章利用基础数据和客观数据构建基础知识图谱,并通过外延知识进行知识补全,形成面向科研绩效评估的多源融合知识图谱,有益于开展科研绩效投入与产出分析工作,评估效益影响因素、绩效评价合理性和研究方向稳定性等,对科研绩效评估工作具有参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Scientific research performance evaluation is an important means to improve the efficiency of scientific research activities and optimize the allocation of resources. With the rapid growth of performance data and continuous strengthening of information correlation, existing evaluation methods face new challenges in efficiency and associated knowledge discovery. This paper used basic data and objective data to construct the basic knowledge map, and completed the knowledge through extended knowledge to form a multi-source integration knowledge map for scientific research performance evaluation. It was beneficial to carry out the evaluation of the input and output analysis of scientific research performance, evaluate the influencing factors of benefit, the rationality of performance evaluation and the stability of research direction, and had great significance to the scientific research performance evaluation.
