全自动运行系统人员防护开关的工程应用方案

  • 摘要: 城市轨道交通无人值守运营模式下,在全自动运行(FAO,Fully Automatic Operation)区设置人员防护开关(SPKS,Staff Protection Key Switch),是保障地面人员安全的重要手段。文章以太原轨道交通2号线为例,根据SPKS功能需求,结合其线路条件,介绍SPKS的工程应用方案,包括SPKS的设置方式、防护分区划分原则,以及与该SPKS应用相匹配的管理方式。该方案已在太原轨道交通2号线实施,有效地保障了现场人员的安全,提高了应急场景下的应急处置能力,可为其他FAO线路的建设提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Under the unattended train operation mode of urban rail transit, setting Staff Protection Key Switch(SPKS) in the Fully Automatic Operation (FAO) area is an important means to ensure the safety of ground personnel. Taking Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 2 as an example, according to the functional requirements of SPKS and combined with its line conditions, this paper introduced the engineering application scheme of SPKS, including the setting mode of SPKS, the division principle of protection zoning, and the management mode matching the application of SPKS. The scheme has been implemented in Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 2, which protected effectively the safety of on-site personnel and improved the emergency response capacity in emergency scenarios. It can provide reference for the construction of other FAO lines.
