基于VB程序的轨道质量检测数据分析系统

  • 摘要: 针对人工统计分析轨道质量检测数据法效率低、工作量大、数据操作易出错、各车间操作不统一等问题,开发了基于VB程序的轨道质量检测数据分析系统。该系统在规范数据分析思路、方法、流程和格式的基础上,实现了车载不良报警、车载晃车仪日报表的自动统计分析、轨控薄弱地段的自动生成、车间作业质量评价等功能,减少了工作量,节省了分析时间,提高了分析质量和效率。试验证明,该系统的分析结果应用于指导生产,能够提升设备质量。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, heavy workload, error-prone data operation and inconsistent operation in various workshops by manual statistical analysis of track quality testing data, this paper designed and developed a track quality testing data analysis system based on Visual Basic(VB). On the basis of standardizing the idea, method, process and format of data analysis, the system implemented the functions of on-board bad alarm, automatic statistical analysis of on-board shaking instrument daily report, automatic generation of track control weak sections, workshop operation quality evaluation and so on, which reduced the workload, saved the analysis time, and improved the analysis quality and efficiency. The test proves that the analysis results of the system can guide production and improve the quality of equipment
