基于S1000D的动车组IETM管理平台研究

EMU IETM management platform based on S1000D

  • 摘要: 当前我国动车组运用检修技术文件仍沿用传统的非结构化方式编制,但整个过程中文件编写成本高、维护更新困难、沟通协调不畅。通过引入先进的交互式电子技术手册(IETM,Interactive Electronic Technology Manual),以结构化的方式对技术文件进行管理,可以降低编写与维护更新成本。S1000D是电子出版物的国际规范,利用其数据信息模块化的特点,提出基于S1000D的动车组IETM管理平台,以动车组检修技术手册为例,设计总体架构,分析关键技术,建立编写、管理和发布的协同工作平台。研究结果表明,提出的动车组IETM管理平台在动车组技术文件编写与维护上具有高效性和可行性,能够结合具体动车组运维需求,提高管理效率。

     

    Abstract: The maintenance technical manual of Electric Multiple Units(EMU) is still formulated in a traditional unstructured way, which has the shortcomings of high formulating cost, updating difficulty and poor communication and coordination. The introduction of Interactive Electronic Technology Manual (IETM) to manage technical documents in a structured way can reduce the cost of preparation, maintenance and update. S1000D is an international specification for the production of electronic publications, which can improve the efficiency and accuracy of IETM production with data information modularization. This paper proposed the IETM management platform for the EMU based on S1000D standards, took the maintenance technical manual for example, analyzed the key technologies, designed the general architecture, and established a collaborative work platform for editing, publishing and management. The results show that the EMU IETM management platform has high efficiency and feasibility in the compilation and maintenance of EMU technical data and can improve management efficiency according to the requirements of specific EMU operation and maintenance.
