Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the manual patrol inspection of railway data center, this paper proposed an intelligent patrol inspection system of railway data center based on the industrial Internet of Things architecture, and discussed the design architecture, key technologies and innovation of the system. The system was integrated 5G mobile communication, robot, artificial intelligence and other technologies to complete the data center patrol inspection work, which embodied the design idea of "standardizing people, assisting people, replacing people", implemented the intelligence, automation and visualization of data center patrol inspection work, improved the efficiency and quality of inspection, and reduced the work intensity of manual inspection, promoted the technical level of operation and maintenance of railway data center.
