Abstract: In order to strengthen the railway real estate asset management, improve the level of property management of railway, uphold the use order and legitimate rights and interests of railway real estate, this paper designed and implemented intelligent supervision and operation platform for railway real estate, the platform can carry on the multi-dimensional dynamic statistics to the railway real estate, auxiliary distinguish railway land occupation, evaluate the potential of development and utilization. The platform can provide digital solutions for railway real estate operation, which is of great significance to the refinement and intelligent management of railway real estate.
