铁路客运旅客群体划分算法的研究

Passenger group division algorithm for railway passenger transport

  • 摘要: 为有效引导客流的合理分布,增加铁路票价收益,文章基于铁路客运用户画像系统,利用社交网络特征传播的方式对旅客特征进行优化完善,并采用聚类算法对用户群体进行分类,对旅客进行市场细分,为在后期营销活动中针对不同的群体进行精准营销、实现铁路营销的差异化服务提供依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively guide the reasonable distribution of passenger flow, increase the revenue of railway ticket, this paper optimized and improved the passenger characteristics by means of social network feature communication, based on the railway passenger transport user portrait system. Used the clustering algorithm to classify the user groups, segmented the passenger market. It provided the basis for precision marketing for different groups in the later marketing activities, and implemented the differentiated services of railway marketing.
