Abstract: Through the sorting of the three important provisions of the laws and regulations and comprehensively combining with the reality of railway network safety protection, this paper analyzed the promoting role and inevitable requirements of the relevant laws and regulations on the development of railway network safety, in order to promote the modernization of railway network security governance system, proposed some measures to implement the latest laws and regulations. The proposed measures can effectively improve the ability and level of railway network in data security protection, data security governance, critical information infrastructure security protection and personal information protection.
