基于FlexRay总线的分布式车载安全计算机系统设计

Distributed on-board safety computer system based on FlexRay bus

  • 摘要: 传统的车载安全计算机一般采用较大的机箱设计,大型机箱不利于车载设备的灵活配置和功能扩展。为此,设计一种基于FlexRay总线的分布式车载安全计算机系统。采用两套小型机箱设计,单套机箱内部采用FlexRay总线组成二取二安全计算机;两套相同的二取二安全计算机通过FlexRay总线和切换模块连接,组成二乘二取二安全计算机系统。设计的安全计算机系统可以灵活配置,满足不同类型车辆的小型化需求,可为小型化的安全计算机设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The traditional on-board safety computer generally adopts large-scale case design, which is not conducive to the flexible configuration and function expansion of on-board equipment. This paper designed a distributed vehicle safety computer system based on FlexRay bus. The system adopted two sets of small case design. The FlexRay bus was used inside a single case to form a two out of two security computer. Two sets of the same two out of two security computers were connected with the switching module through FlexRay bus to form a two by two out of two security computer system. The designed safety computer system can be flexibly configured to meet the miniaturization requirements of different types of vehicles, and can provide a reference for the design of miniaturized safety computer.
