铁路时空大数据应急辅助决策系统及关键技术

Railway spatiotemporal big data emergency aided decision-making system and its key technologies

  • 摘要: 为加强应急能力建设和加快应急信息化建设,设计铁路时空大数据应急辅助决策系统。介绍系统结构、数据架构、网络架构,以及系统功能;阐述系统中的地理信息系统、遥感监测、北斗卫星导航等关键技术和应用场景。目前,该系统已经在部分铁路局集团公司开展应用,为应急指挥人员提供全方位应急决策信息,切实提高了突发事件应急处置效率。

     

    Abstract: In order to strengthen the construction of emergency capacity and speed up the construction of emergency informatization, this paper designed a railway spatiotemporal big data emergency aided decision-making system, introduced the system structure, data architecture, network architecture and system functions, described the key technologies and application scenarios of Geographic Information System(GIS), remote sensing monitoring and Beidou satellite navigation in the system. At present, the system has been applied in some railway group companies to provide all-round emergency decision-making information for emergency commanders, and effectively improves the efficiency of emergency disposal of emergencies.
