铁路大风灾害预警系统设计与实现

Railway gale disaster early warning system

  • 摘要: 为应对大风天气对铁路运输的影响,设计并实现了铁路大风灾害预警系统。系统基于B/S架构,针对铁路沿线风速监测点的数据状况,利用数据预测模块的移动平均法、单指数平滑法和三次指数平滑法对未来时段的风速进行预测,并进行综合评价预警,辅助调度人员进行调控决策,使列车能够根据限速建议及时做出运行调整。

     

    Abstract: In order to deal with the impact of gale weather on railway transportation, this paper designed and implemented the railway gale disaster early warning system. The system based on the B/S architecture, aimed at the data status of wind speed monitoring points along the railway, used moving average method, single exponential smoothing method and cubic exponential smoothing method of the data prediction module to predict the wind speed in the future, and conducted early warning comprehensive evaluation to assist dispatchers in regulation and decision-making, so that the train can make operation adjustment in time according to the speed limit suggestions.
