Abstract: With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China, the guidance signage system of high-speed railway passenger station has been basically unified and standardized, formed an integrated vision system of railway system. This integrity brings about the problem of visual homogenization. The same visual experience is not conducive to the formation of aesthetic tension between integrity and diversity of high-speed railway, especially in the brand line of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway. Starting from the regional culture, this paper designed the guidance signage system of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway station for 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games by means of symbol extraction and translation. The system can strengthen the link between urban context and high-speed railway station, and integrate railway culture into urban cultural landscape and cultural memory.
