铁路货运预付款集中核算管理信息系统研究与开发

Research and development of centralized accounting management information system of advance payment for railway freight

  • 摘要: 针对目前铁路货运预付款客户管理分散,客户预付款使用效率低下,预付款操作使用流程不规范,凭证手工录入工作量大等问题,设计并实现铁路货运预付款集中核算管理信息系统。在分析业务需求的基础上,提出系统设计方案,采用集中部署、多级应用的总体架构,依托中国国家铁路集团有限公司主数据中心的云计算资源构建系统运行环境;介绍系统构成、运行环境配置与运行监控、系统逻辑架构、主要功能及数据接口。该系统实现货运预付款相关业务由铁路局集团公司统一管理和预付款数据的集中核算,客户预付款可一点存入、多点结算,提高客户资金利用率和货运服务体验;通过实现与相关系统的数据交换与共享,相关凭证、账目和报表可自动生成和传递,减轻了业务人员工作量,有助于提高数据质量和规范业务流程。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the current problems of decentralized customer management of advance payment for railway freight, low efficiency in the use of advance payment for customers, non-standard operation and use process of advance payment, and heavy workload of manual entry of vouchers, the centralized accounting management information system of advance payment for railway freight is designed and implemented. Based on the analysis of business requirements, the design scheme of the system is proposed, which adopts the overall architecture of centralized deployment and multi-level applications and the cloud computing resources of the main data center of CHINA RAILWAY are used to build the operating environment of the system. This paper describes the composition, operating environment configuration, operation monitoring, logical architecture, main functions, and data interfaces of the system. The system realizes unified management of freight advance payment and centralized accounting of advance payment data by the railway administration, in which advance payment for railway freight can be deposited at one point and settled at multiple points to improve the utilization rate of customers' funds. Through the realization of data exchange and sharing with other related systems, related vouchers, accounts and statements can be automatically generated and transmitted, thus reducing the workload of business personnel and helping to improve data quality and standardize the business process.
