Intelligent monitoring system of platform safety gate based on wirelesscommunication

摘要: 为解决轨道交通站台安全门设备数据监控智能化程度低、设备调试方法单一的问题,采用模块化的设计方法实现基于无线通信的站台安全门智能监控系统。完成系统总体架构设计和系统主要功能设计,详细说明了系统中的关键技术“数据采集模块设计”“门控单元(DCU)设计”“无线传输模块设计”;对无线传输模块核心芯片M20的原理和程序编写进行了研究设计,在试验室中通过充分试验验证相关功能。试验人员可手持无线终端对站台安全门系统的系统级数据、站台级数据、单门级数据进行实时监控以及单门快速调试工作。试验结果表明,该系统可对站台安全门设备状态实现无线监控,提高地铁运营效率和站务人员维修保护的灵活性,保障站台安全门系统的安全性和可靠性。Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low intelligence of data monitoring and single debugging method for platformsafety gate equipment in rail transit, this article adopted modular design method to implement platform safety gate intelligentmonitoring system based on wireless communication. The article completed the overall system architecture design and themain function design of the system, and described in detail the key technologies of the system, such as "data acquisitionmodule design", "gate control unit (DCU) design", "wireless transmission module design". The principle and programmingof the core chip M20 of the wireless transmission module were studied and designed. The related work was verified by fulltest in the laboratory. The tester could monitor the system-level data, platform-level data and single-door data of the platformsafety gate system in real time and debug the single-gate quickly with a handheld wireless terminal. The test results showthat the system can implement wireless monitoring of the status of platform safety gate equipment, improve the efficiencyof metro operation and the flexibility of maintenance and protection of station staff, and ensure the safety and reliability ofplatform safety gate system.
