Two-dimensional mapping technology for outdoor integrated pipeline of railway rolling stock maintenance base

  • 摘要: 在利用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术进行室外综合管线设计时,存在无法直接通过BIM生成二维图纸或是生成的图纸难以达到出图要求的问题,严重降低了BIM设计效率。通过对室外综合管线出图过程进行研究,对其前期准备工作和出图流程进行了详细的阐述,并制定统一的出图标准,实现室外综合管线BIM快速生成二维图纸,大幅提高BIM设计效率和质量。该成果已应用于国内多个铁路机辆检修基地的室外综合管线设计项目中,取得了显著的效果。

     

    Abstract: In the process of outdoor integrated pipeline design by using BIM technology, there is the problem that twodimensional drawings can not be generated directly by BIM model or the drawings generated are difficult to meet the requirements of drawing, which seriously reduces the efficiency of BIM design. This article studied the drawing process of outdoor integrated pipeline, elaborated its preparation work and drawing process in detail, and formulated a unified drawing standard, implemented the rapid generation of two-dimensional drawings by BIM model of outdoor integrated pipeline, and greatly improved the efficiency and quality of BIM design. The results was applied to outdoor integrated pipeline design projects of many railway rolling stock maintenance bases in China, and achieved remarkable results.
