Design of passenger service and production management and control platform for Beijing–Zhangjiakou intelligent passenger station

  • 摘要: 依托京张高铁智能铁路建设,针对车站客运业务复杂、系统孤立的现状,从旅客服务、客运管理、客站设备管理、应急指挥等业务出发,设计了客站旅客服务与生产管控平台(简称:管控平台),阐述了管控平台的总体架构、网络架构、平台功能和关键技术,并展示了实施效果。管控平台在京张高铁的实施应用,优化了京张智能客站各系统间的资源配置和总体架构,降低了信息化基础设施的资源投入,对后续智能客站的建设具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Based on the construction of Beijing–Zhangjiakou intelligent high-speed railway, aiming at the current situation of the complexity of station passenger transport business and system isolation, this paper designed a passenger service and production management and control platform (referred to as management and control platform) from the aspects of passenger service, passenger transport management, passenger station equipment management, emergency command, etc., and expounded the overall architecture, network architecture, platform functions and key technologies of the management and control platform, and showed the implementation effect. The implementation and application of the management and control platform in Beijing–Zhangjiakou high-speed railway optimizes the resource allocation and overall architecture of each system of Beijing–Zhangjiakou intelligent passenger station, reduces the resource investment of information based infrastructure, and has reference value for the subsequent construction of intelligent passenger station.
