  • 摘要: 确保运输安全、提高运输效率是铁路行车指挥的终极目标,实时掌握运行中列车的高精度位置对于保证行车安全十分重要。基于中国国家铁路集团有限公司正在实施的运统1电子化传递项目,提出利用该项目为机车乘务员配备的手持终端,采用卫星定位、移动物联网及数据融合技术,研究实时的全国铁路列车追踪与安全预警系统,可为调度员提供全国铁路路网图列车运行追踪监控画面,并可依据列车有效制动距离提供分级安全预警。

     

    Abstract: Ensuring traffic safety and improving transportation efficiency is the ultimate goal of railway traffic command and real-time acquisition of high precision position of running trains is essential to traffic safety. Based on the project of electronic delivery of train list information that has been implemented across CHINA RAILWAY, it is proposed to make use of the train driver's handheld terminal equipped in this project to realize real-time whole-railway train tracking and safety early warning system by using satellite positioning, mobile IoT and fusion data technology. This system can offer visualized dynamic monitoring picture of train tracking on railway network diagram and graded safety warning according to effective braking distance of the trains.
