Abstract:
To address the problems that assisted accounting functions have not been fully developed, business collaboration capabilities among multiple units cannot be supported and data integration and sharing need to be strengthened in the financial accounting and report processing subsystem V5.0 for railway enterprises, such enterprise's needs have been investigated and summarized. By adopting new techniques such as cloud platforms, micro-services, separation of front-end and back-end, the version 6.0 of the subsystem was designed and implemented. Meanwhile, some issues of data migration during the upgrade of the subsystem are dealt with in details. The operation of the subsystem in a pilot railway enterprise demonstrated that the subsystem can facilitate smooth exchange of accounting data, making the content of accounting fine and complete, normalizing accounting standards and provide powerful support for data sharing and standardizing fundamental accounting work, thus enhancing financial control ability of railway enterprises and improving the efficiency and quality of accounting work and having a good prospect of broad application.
