Characteristics analysis and modeling of passenger service traffic in train control and service network

  • 摘要: 列车控制与服务网络要求列车控制业务和旅客服务业务在同一网络进行传输。为保证列车运行安全,必须对列车旅客服务业务流量进行监管,而旅客服务流量特性是实现有效监管的重要依据。在实验室局域网模拟列车旅客上网环境,通过WireShark采集常见旅客服务应用的流量数据,并提取公开流量数据集的部分数据作为补充,构造旅客服务业务流量数据集;利用Python相关工具包,将旅客服务业务报文到达时间间隔与经典概率分布模型拟合,对比拟合实验结果,据此建立旅客服务业务报文到达时间间隔的数学模型,并通过评价指标验证模型的可信度。本文的研究成果对列车控制与旅客服务网络规划设计、流量监管和系统仿真等方面具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: The train control and service network requires that the train control services and passenger services be transmitted over the same network. In order to ensure the safe operation of the train, the passenger service traffic from and to passenger compartments must be monitored while the traffic characteristics of passenger services are a key basis for effective supervisory control. So, a LAN in the lab was used to simulate the train compartment environment, traffic data of several common passenger service applications was collected using WireShark and some data from the public traffic data set was also extracted as a supplement to build a traffic data set of passenger services. Related Python toolkits were used to fit the arrival interval of passenger service message to classic probability distribution models and the fitting experimental results were compared and analyzed. Based on this, mathematical models of the arrival interval of passenger service messages were established and the credibility of the models was verified by calculating the evaluation indicators. The research results are of great significance to the planning and design, traffic supervisory control and system simulation of the train control and passenger service network.
